Driver hashtag#preparation and hashtag#development are at the heart of our work. Over the past two years, we've had the privilege of collaborating multiple times with Formula Medicine. Their innovative approach to training elite athletes aligns with our mission to help young drivers evolve into well-rounded professionals capable of delivering peak hashtag#performance. Strengthening our collaboration into a true partnership was a natural progression, allowing us to further enhance the support we provide to the next generation of racing talent.

Formula Medicine and its founder, Riccardo Ceccarelli, have been hashtag#pioneers in the research into athlete performance and effort, particularly in motorsports. By integrating hashtag#neuroscience, hashtag#physiology, and hashtag#psychology, Dr. Ceccarelli developed a scientific approach to training that enhances cognitive function, endurance, and mental resilience.

His pioneering work includes advanced biometric monitoring, neuro-training techniques, and personalized conditioning programs, allowing drivers to optimize their physical and mental performance under extreme conditions. This holistic methodology has influenced training across various sports, setting new standards in elite athlete preparation.
